Sign the Agreements
Partner facilities enter a mutual Professional Service Agreement and Business Associate Agreement to follow all Medicare-mandated terms of service, including consolidated billing rules.
Optional Onboarding In-Service
We offer a complimentary onboarding in-service to get your team familiar with the process, what to expect, and how to prepare referrals.
Start Scheduling
Send us your referral documents, obtain a physician’s order, and schedule a time. We handle the rest and show up ready to assess.

Your Facility’s Speech Therapist
We encourage your SLP to attend and participate in the FEES assessment. They can bill CPT 92526 for their time, supporting facility productivity and therapy reimbursement while enhancing quality of care.
